About Us

     Amy Walker-Davis, CMP is the owner and managing director of Meeting Site Solutions. With more than 30 years of proven experience in hotel, resort and meeting management, Amy has created successful programs for Fortune 500 corporations, National and Regional Associations, Sports teams, Government, Religious, and Educational groups. Her senior executive management roles have included Director of Sales and Marketing positions with renowned properties such as Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, the Kona Surf Resort and Country Club in Hawaii and the Lake Arrowhead Hilton Resort and Spa. Additionally, Amy maintains the highly regarded industry designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).

     Throughout her career, Amy has showcased her personal passion for philanthropic and community activities. Amy was selected to serve a four-year term on the City of Thousand Oaks Planning Commission; and was then selected to serve as Commissioner and Chair for the Ventura County Commission on Women. She is currently serving a three year term on the City of Thousand Oaks Community Funding Review Committee.  As a member of the Executive Leadership Committee of the American Heart Association she utilized her expertise in event planning, fundraising and networking to raise considerable funds for their Go Red Campaign. Amy served as a Manager and Coach for the Westlake Baseball Association where she brought home League and All-Star Championship teams and was recognized as “Manager of the Year.”  She served on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Automotive Open annual golf tournament which raised more than $3mm for medical research Foundations; she secured hundreds of complimentary hotel rooms for families of fallen soldiers and she obtained and directed thousands of dollars worth of donations for Habitat for Humanity’s annual golf tournament.  Her accolades in both business and community continue to be recognized, as she was awarded the prestigious honor of Woman Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners.
